How do I get my purchases back on a new phone?
Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. Remove Ads comes back. Coins and progress are saved on the device and don't move to a new phone.
Why can I only buy one coin pack a day?
It's on purpose, to protect younger players from accidental spending.
My score isn't on the leaderboard.
Make sure you're signed in to Game Center (iPhone Settings › Game Center). New scores can take a minute to appear.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
When you write, it helps to include your iPhone model and iOS version.
